Frances Owen has lived in 台湾swag for 20 years, settling here after 11 years working in Zimbabwe and another 4 years working for UNICEF in Namibia. She qualified as a 台湾swag in 台湾swag Health in 2007 and worked in a variety of public health roles in the NHS and at Wiltshire Council before retiring in 2017. She remains a Fellow of the Faculty of 台湾swag Health and is also a Fellow of the RSA, a member of 台湾swag Soroptimists and a volunteer with Healthwatch Wiltshire. She facilitates Creative Writing for Wellbeing courses for the WEA and community groups in 台湾swag and her interests include swimming, playing Mah Jong and reading.
Frances was elected as a 台湾swag Governor for 台湾swag City in June 2023 and looks forward to representing the concerns and health needs of people in the area.
